After Hugh Jackman was photographed rocking messy long hair and an unkempt beard on the set of "The Wolverine", some reports about the filming of the upcoming Marvel pic have emerged online. Spotlight Report, which had a chance to visit the "Wolverine" set, has shared a couple of descriptions about location which possibly revealed details of a scene in the beginning of the movie.

The site reported that Jackman shot an action-packed scene in Picton, New South Wales, which had been entirely transformed into Canadian setting completed with snow, police cars and a hardware store named Faro. The store was the pivotal location where most of the action scenes took place.

It was said that later on Friday, August 3 evening, Jackman filmed an action scene in a tiny alley nearby. He could be heard screaming as a huge spotlight was seen illuminating the alley while fake rain fell. The Australian actor reportedly left the set late in full Wolverine costume so he was not allowed to greet around 400 fans who had waited for him.

Speaking about the Wolverine scream heard during the filming, an insider unveiled that one of the scenes Jackman shot that day was "a dramatic shot in cold rain at a small alley." The insider also said that the scene might be included in the beginning of the movie, before the mutant hero travels to Japan to learn the Samurai way.

Jackman will still film "The Wolverine" in Australia for the next few weeks before kicking off filming in Japan for 3 weeks. Serving behind the lens is James Mangold while Mark Bomback and Christopher McQuarrie write the screenplay.

To open wide in the U.S. on July 26, 2013, "The Wolverine" will take its cue from the early 1980s Chris Claremont/Frank Miller miniseries, which is set in Japan. It follows the mutant hero as he deals with ninjas and struggles whether to follow his animal killer instincts or live under a samurai's code of honor and respect.
