Ryan Gosling films 'Gangster Squad' reshoots in Los Angeles .

Ryan Gosling: Επέστρεψε στα πλατό του Gangster Squad

Working late into the evening, Ryan Gosling was busy on the set of his period crime drama “Gangster Squad”.

“Gangster Squad” was originally due for a fall release, but after the July 20th Aurora, Colorado movie theater shootings, it was determined that the film would need to remove a similar scene of violence.
Hence, Warner Bros ordered the re-shoots and pushed the street date back from September 7th, 2012 until January 11th, 2013.

Jennifer Garner in ''Butter'' trailer .

Η Jennifer Garner στη νέα της ταινία

The first trailer for Jennifer Garner

Garner plays Laura Pickler, a butter sculptor entering a prestigious competition in Iowa.

However, her plans for domination are rocked by the emergence of a new talent in young adopted girl Destiny (Yara Shahidi), whose creations threaten to put Pickler in the shade.
With its quirky sense of humour (Schindler’s List… in butter?), Butter looks like a cross between Election (fiercely competitive leading lady) and Drop Dead Gorgeous (campaign videos, shaky doc footage).
Meanwhile, Olivia Wilde is almost unrecognisable as a tattooed, leather-wearing stripper – and looks like she could steal the show from Garner.

Butter is yet to receive an official UK release date.

Matt Damon, Michael Douglas Play Lovers in Liberace HBO Movie.

One of the sunniest entertainers ever to come along, flamboyant pianist Wladziu Valentino Liberace – known simply as Liberace – may have had a dark side, but he kept it carefully concealed from his public.

That is bound to change next year when HBO airs the movie Behind the Candelabra, now filming with a cast-against-type Michael Douglas as the gilded showman and Matt Damon as his much-younger lover, Scott Thorson – who exposed his life with Lee in a tell-all book and also sued for $113 million in palimony.

"He thought his personal life was nobody's business," the real-life Thorson told PEOPLE in 1987, when Liberace, 67, died from AIDS.

Oscar winner Steven Soderbergh (Traffic, Ocean's 11 and Magic Mike), directs the HBO production, whose title comes from the elaborate décor with which Liberace surrounded himself, including his trademark candelabra on the piano. Also in the cast: Rob Lowe, Debbie Reynolds, Dan Aykroyd, Scott Bakula and Cheyenne Jackson.

In the scene shown here and taken on the set Monday, Douglas and Damon, both in character, are shopping for a car.

Lee had a quite few of those. As described by PEOPLE in 1982: "He has realized the dreams of a most common man. His Las Vegas act, concert tours and records (60 million sold to date) have brought him an average gross income of $5 million for each of the last 30 years, and he has worked his bejeweled tails off to make it so. In his portfolio are many mansions (three in Las Vegas alone), pianos (18 at latest count, including Chopin's and Gershwin's), cars (20, two of them Rollses), gems (he wears about $3 million worth onstage and has one $35,000 Tiffany watch that plays his theme song, "I'll Be Seeing You"), furs (including a $150,000 black diamond mink coat lined with Austrian rhinestones), antiques (don't ask) and real estate. ... All this from leaving the classical piano repertoire for what he has called 'the happiness side of music.' "

The shoot is occurring at Arbor Hill, the private estate of Dennis Alter – the former CEO of now-defunct financial firm Advanta.

Trailer! Kristen Stewart’s 'On the Road' .

Kristen Steward: Το trailer της νέας της ταινίας

Kristen Stewart has got some moves! The actress hits the dance floor with actor Garrett Hedlund in the new trailer for the movie adaptation of Jack Kerouac’s “On the Road.”
The story, written in 1951, is largely autobiographical and follows Kerouac’s proxy, Sal Paradise (Sam Riley), as he travels across America with his friend and hero Dean Moriarty (Hedlund). Stewart plays Dean’s wife, Marylou.
The wild trailer offers a peek at the jazz, poetry and drug experiences embraced by the Beat Generation. The A-list cast also includes Viggo Mortensen, Kirsten Dunst, Amy Adams and Elisabeth Moss.

The drama, directed by Walter Salles, was first released at the Cannes Film Festival and later picked up for distribution by IFC Films and Sundance Selects. A release date has not been announced.

Details on Hugh Jackman's 'Wolverine' Filming in Picton, Australia .

After Hugh Jackman was photographed rocking messy long hair and an unkempt beard on the set of "The Wolverine", some reports about the filming of the upcoming Marvel pic have emerged online. Spotlight Report, which had a chance to visit the "Wolverine" set, has shared a couple of descriptions about location which possibly revealed details of a scene in the beginning of the movie.

The site reported that Jackman shot an action-packed scene in Picton, New South Wales, which had been entirely transformed into Canadian setting completed with snow, police cars and a hardware store named Faro. The store was the pivotal location where most of the action scenes took place.

It was said that later on Friday, August 3 evening, Jackman filmed an action scene in a tiny alley nearby. He could be heard screaming as a huge spotlight was seen illuminating the alley while fake rain fell. The Australian actor reportedly left the set late in full Wolverine costume so he was not allowed to greet around 400 fans who had waited for him.

Speaking about the Wolverine scream heard during the filming, an insider unveiled that one of the scenes Jackman shot that day was "a dramatic shot in cold rain at a small alley." The insider also said that the scene might be included in the beginning of the movie, before the mutant hero travels to Japan to learn the Samurai way.

Jackman will still film "The Wolverine" in Australia for the next few weeks before kicking off filming in Japan for 3 weeks. Serving behind the lens is James Mangold while Mark Bomback and Christopher McQuarrie write the screenplay.

To open wide in the U.S. on July 26, 2013, "The Wolverine" will take its cue from the early 1980s Chris Claremont/Frank Miller miniseries, which is set in Japan. It follows the mutant hero as he deals with ninjas and struggles whether to follow his animal killer instincts or live under a samurai's code of honor and respect.
